RACE GUIDE&START TIME

请各位小勇士务必在赛前下载并熟悉参赛规则，确保您在比赛中能顺利通过障碍。点击微信页面下方功能键【赛事报名】-【障碍规则】即刻获取。

Note: Open group racers are allowed to adjust your start time if you are dissatisfied with the original time. Please follow spartan official Wechat account (SpartanRace), click 【赛事报名】-【出发时间】 to adjust your start time. The deadline for changing start time is 18:00pm on March 22th.

注：本场比赛的名额延期功能将于3月29日24:00关闭。如需延期，请及时进行调整。

NOTE：The DEFERRAL function for this event will be closed at 24:00 on March 29nd. If you want to defer your race, please adjust in time.

1、公共交通/PUBLIC TRASPORTATION

地铁/ SUBWAY ：

乘地铁2号线或11号线至后海站，D2 或 H出口出。请沿海德三道向东步行，从体育场6号门进入赛事主会场（步行约1000米）。

Taking subway line 2or line 11 to Houhai Station and go out from exit D2 orH. Pleasewalk east along the 3rd Haide Avenueand enter the festival area from the stadium gate 6.(about 1000 meters by walk)

公交/BUS：

乘坐公交至深圳湾体育中心站下车，步行至体育场6号门进入赛事主会场。（步行约600米）。

Taking bus to CR SHENZHEN BAY SPORTS CENTER Station. Then enter the festival area from the stadium gate 6.(about 1000 meters by walk)

2、自驾/DRIVE

GPS导航至深圳市南山区滨海大道3001号华润深圳湾体育中心体育场。您可在停车后，步行至体育场6号门，前往勇士部落。

Use GPS navigator to guide you to CR SHENZHEN BAY SPORTS CENTER. Then enter the festival area from the stadium gate 6.

WHAT TO BRING

【参赛指南】和【免责声明】将通过邮件和短信的方式发送给参赛选手。各位选手请在赛前下载并签署【免责声明】，再连同有效身份证明（身份证/护照）一起带往场地即可。

The RACE GUIDE and WAVIER will be announced before the race by e-mail and SMS.Please pay attention to your email box and SMS, download and read this「Race Guide」carefully. Make sure to print and sign the waiver, and bring it to the race venue together with valid identification.

装备及服装

WHAT TO WEAR

• 比赛服尽量包裹身体，减少裸露皮肤面积。 

• Long sleeves race clothes are recommended to protect your body.

• 一双防滑的比赛鞋；

• A pair of comfortable and anti-slip shoes.

• 运动手套（防止某些障碍对手掌的磨损）；

• Gloves (Protecting your hands).

• 防蚊虫叮咬喷雾。

• Anti-mosquito spray.

注：比赛现场将提供安全的存包服务，但是我们建议您不要携带或佩戴贵重的金属配饰（项链、耳环、珠宝等），以免丢失。

Note:There will be secure luggage keeping service provided on the venue, but we suggest leaving valuable accessories at home (necklace, rings, jewelry, etc.)

赛前说明

PRE-RACE DECLARATION

1、所有儿童在任何时候都需要有成年人陪同。当您在比赛时，儿童无人照顾，您将被请出赛道并要求离开。

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. LEAVING YOUR CHILD UNATTEDED WHILE YOU AER RACING WILL RESULT IN BEING PULLED OFF THE COURSE AND ASKED TO LEAVE.

2、比赛场地内不允许随意私自搭建帐篷和展位。

No pop-up tents and booths are allowed in the venue.

3、不允许携带冷藏箱、玻璃瓶以及公安、安保部门明确规定的管制物品等，赛事将设置安检门和金属探测仪，以确保参与者未携带危险物品。

Refrigerator boxes, glass bottles and controlled items specified by the public security and security departments are not allowed to be carried. Security gates and metal detectors will be set up to ensure that participants do not carry dangerous goods.

4、如果您要使用移动摄像机或其他电子设备，请把您的姓名和联系方式贴在上面，如果在赛道上丢失了，这是我们帮您找到的唯一办法。

Please leave a sticker with your name and phone number on your camera or other electronic equipment. This is the ONLY way to find them if you lose your equipment on the course.

5、赛前请保证充足睡眠，认真对待斯巴达勇士赛。

Get a good night’s sleep. Spartan race is not a joke.

9:20am - 12:00am	公开组上午场 OPEN GROUP MORNING HEATS

现场注册流程

REGISTRATION

比赛日注册时间/On-site Registration Time：

3月30日/Mar. 30th：8:00am – 1:30pm

第一步：带着签署的「免责声明」以及有效身份证明，前往“注册”帐篷。如果您没有「免责声明」，请前往“免责声明”帐篷获取。

Step 1: Bring signed「waiver」and valid identification to the registration tent. If you have no 「waiver」, please go to Wavier tent.

第二步：比赛将在现场匹配参赛号码，现场任意“注册”帐篷都可进行注册，您可寻找排队较少的“注册”帐篷进行注册。

Step 2: The number of participants will be matched on the scene. You can register at any "registration" tent on the scene.

第三步：参赛者在“注册”帐篷递交「免责声明」和有效身份证明给工作人员，在获得参赛信封之前，工作人员将检查「免责声明」是否签署以及身份信息是否准确。

Step 3: Racers should hand in signed wavier and valid identification to the staff. Before obtaining the envelope, the staff will check whether the「waiver」is signed and whether the identification information is accurate.

第四步：注册成功，您将获得：

Step4: Once the Registration is completed, you will get:

• 赛事号码信封；

• Envelope containing Event No.;

• 带有比赛号码的斯巴达头带（即号码头带）；

• Spartan headband with your event number (i.e. your number headband).

• 带有您开赛时间的腕带，所有参赛者必须在规定的时间开跑。这个腕带将作为您进入起跑区的凭证，也将作为您完赛后进入主会场的入场凭证，请全程穿戴；

• A wristband with your start time. All the racers must run at the prescribed time. This wristband will be used as a certificate for you to enter the starting area, and also as a certificate for you to enter the main venue after the race. Please wear it all the way. 

• 计时芯片，使用提供的腕带将芯片绑在手腕上；

• Timing chip will be tied to the wristband. 

• 精英组还将获得专属腕带，比赛时请务必佩戴，以便于工作人员辨识；

• Special wristband for racers of elite group. Please wear it during the race so that our staff can identify you.

HEAD BAND&WRIST BAND

请您务必佩戴号码头带，这将是您查找照片的凭证。请您将黄色的腕带穿过芯片系在手腕上，以确保您获得完赛成绩。完赛后，请您务必将计时芯片交还终点处的工作人员。

Please make sure to wear the headband. This will be a voucher for you to find photos. Then loop the yellow wristband through the timing chip and attach it to your wrist to ensure that you get the result. After the race, you need to return the timing chip to the staff at the finish line.

观众观赛

SPECTATORS

1、观众免费入场，比赛当日会设置专属的观众入口。

Admission is free for spectators. Exclusive spectator entry will be set up on race day.  

2、携带儿童的观众或参赛者，请务必管理好自己的孩子。

Please take care of your own kids if you take them to the race. 

3、独特的观众视角可以看到部分障碍物通过情况，观众只允许在主会场内为您支持的勇士拍照，禁止进入赛道区域。

Spectators are only allowed to take photos for the athlete on the SPARTAN TRIBE, and prohibited from entering the course.

比赛日可进行现场报名，报名价格为比赛日价格。

Registration can be made on the race day, and the registration price is the price of the race day.

赛道补给

HYDRATION STATION

赛道沿途设有2个水站提供饮用水，终点有1个水站提供饮用水，赛事补给充足，参赛者也可以自行准备补给品。

2 water stations are along the course serving pure water. 1 water station is in the finish area. Supplies are abundant, and you can also bring your own supplies.

参赛保险说明

DESCRIPTION OF PARTICIPATION INSURANCE

每一位勇士都将获得一份比赛当日的人身意外伤害保险。

Every participant will have the insurance for the race day.

精英组男女前三名将会获得奖牌和奖品，颁奖仪式将在30日10:10左右举行。

Top three male and female athletes in the elite group will be awarded prizes. Elite awarding ceremony will be held at about 10:10 am on 30th.

领取完赛物品

FINISHERS RECEIVE

完赛后，您的孩子将获得斯巴达勇士儿童赛完赛奖牌、完赛T恤、香蕉等完赛物品。请您孩子在完赛通过终点拱门后领取，并在领取后拍摄属于他/她自己的完赛照片。

Your kid will get Finisher Medal, Finisher T-shirt, banana, ect. After crossing the finish line,make sure your kid grab her/his finisher T-shirt, refuel with a banana andwater, then have her/his finisher photo taken.

成绩查询及照片下载

PHOTO&RESULT

赛后选手可以去到现场成绩帐篷处查询成绩。也可以关注斯巴达勇士赛官方微信（ID：spartanracechina/spartankids2017），在微信页面下方点击「照片成绩」按钮即可查询成绩。（成绩上传需要时间，如您未能及时查到成绩，请您在稍后进行尝试。）

If you want to know your result after the race, please check it on RESULT TENT or on the official Wechat (ID：spartanracechina/spartankids2017). You can click the "照片成绩" below the WeChat page to check the results.（It takes time to upload results. If you fail to find the results in time, please try again later.）

比赛设有专业的摄影团队来抓拍每个人过障碍及完赛后的精彩瞬间。您可在官方微信平台凭借【号码查询】或【人脸识别】查询并下载自己的参赛照片。

Photographers will be settled along the course and the post-race victory photo tent. Please find and download your photos on Spartan Official Wechat Account (Wecht ID: spartanracechina/spartankids2017).
